I am the head of our capital allowances team and have headed up and worked in corporation tax teams since first joining the firm in 1998. I work with a diverse range of clients, supporting their businesses by identifying opportunities to claim tax reliefs under the capital allowances regime. I have a passion for adding value to my clients that allows them to reinvest, develop and grow.
I am a Chartered Tax Adviser and can draw from a wide base of tax knowledge and experience. I have significant experience in a multitude of sectors including hospitality, manufacturing, property investment, retail, care homes and student accommodation, identifying opportunities to claim capital allowances on construction spend and acquisition prices. I have a wealth of experience in advising on multi-million pound real estate transactions, to structure and facilitate capital allowances claims for my clients. I have developed our unique claim software that utilises data capture artificial intelligence to make our claims more efficient and accurate from a tax filing perspective and reduces administrative burden for our clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking and travelling and I am kept busy keeping up with my two teenage sons and young daughter, coaching my son’s local football team as well as following MK Dons football club.
