Voted “Corporate Finance Adviser of the Year 2018” in the Thames Valley, I lead our award-winning corporate finance team in the Thames Valley. I believe that the role of a corporate finance adviser is to optimise the outcome for their clients and to that end I have a reputation for integrity, directness, intelligence and tenacity in the way I lead deals.

With over 25 years of deal experience, I broker and advise clients on business disposals and acquisitions, including private equity funded transactions and management buy-outs. I also have considerable experience of refinancings and fund-raisings. As examples, recent transactions include the disposal of Mobile Windscreens to Ryds BV, the refinancing of ROC Technologies followed by the acquisition of CCM, and the disposal of Speedboard Limited to Note.

With a focus on the Thames Valley and mid-market transactions, our team is sector agnostic and has a concentration of experience in technology, business services and niche manufacturing. In addition to deep transactional experience, my career has informed a focus on helping our clients create and optimise value and I enjoy being relationship partner for our private equity backed clients and others who are building for an exit.

I am also an elected member of our Partnership Oversight Board and I hold two school governorships (one private and one state sector). I have been married for 25 years and have two teenage daughters – to relax I plan holidays, walk the dog, read history books and sip white wine!
