Within business consulting and technology advisory, I provide senior level support for programme governance and alignment at senior levels (CxO) with our client’s teams, providing a clear vision of the status and intent for our client’s technology driven change projects. I have 14 years’ line, operations and international programme management experience in IT and business.
I’ve led over 100 global projects and programmes, managing over 150 virtual team members across more than 30 business units, on assignments ranging in duration. I enjoy providing solutions for our client’s needs, including due diligence, full end-to-end programme management, as well as programme rescue and assurance services.
I am especially passionate around ERP transformation programmes. I help organisations turn their technology strategy into actionable plans, understanding how to prevent the most common pitfalls and how to prepare for and execute these programmes. My focus in this area is governance, project controls, project management methodology and reporting, helping organisations develop their project management capability and maturity in order to thrive.

When I am not working, I spend my time with my family and friends. I have a five-year-old son and a nine-year-old daughter who keep me on my toes. I’m also an avid musician, swimmer and book writer.
