I am a director in the capital markets advisory practice within our financial services group, leading the risk and regulation proposition.

My professional experience in business and technology transformation within capital markets includes in-house change, production and business management positions as well as over 15 years of consulting. I have been engaged on strategy, advisory and delivery programmes with cross-divisional and global reach, driven by regulatory, operational and commercial demands.

I leverage front to back, to risk domain experience across major asset classes and have worked with diverse proprietary and vendor technologies, as well as collaborating with fintech innovators. As a business architect I offer expertise in target operating model design. I have led business analysis teams through the project life cycle in agile and waterfall delivery models. As a team leader and programme manager on client projects across Europe, US and Asia, working collaboratively with diverse teams of consultants, client, competitor and multiple vendor resources.

My previous regulatory programmes have included hedge accounting, liquidity reporting and MiFID II. Currently, I focus on (L)ibor transition, Fundamental Review of the Trading Book (FRTB) and regulatory reporting under Securities Financing Transactions Regulation (SFTR).

As a coach and mentor, I am passionate about helping organisations transform and people reach their potential, leveraging behavioural science and applied neuroscience. I also engage in alumni activities with the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
