Tom Moon Director, Head of Sport London +44 (0)20 7728 2988

I have over 20 years’ experience in programme and operational delivery working in both the world of sport, large multi-national companies and with the public and private sectors. I currently lead the on-going development and evolution of the firm’s sports practice in advisory, leadership and compliance functions. Actively promoting and championing technical excellence armed with the skills, people and passion to help our partners deliver their strategy both in the UK, across the globe and with members firms, most recently working with our colleagues in India.

We provide thought leadership and manage key relationships with clients, regulators, professional bodies, communities and the press/public. Working with our clients to identify, anticipate and support their needs and the development of service line innovations such as our current work with Sport England’s Clubs Matters programme, which supports the development of our strategy and service offering.  We have a vast bank of credentials gained from working in partnership with athletes, sports clubs, federations, national governing bodies and major funding partners in sport.

I previously led our team seconded to the 2017 World Athletics Championships. This task involved 60 projects and working closely with various governmental departments, national and international sporting bodies.

As part of my role but outside of my life in sport, I am fortunate enough to be building a coaching practice within the firm in partnership with Cranfield University. My weekends are spent walking vast distances on the Saxon Shoreway and the UK’s coastal paths, a fantastic way to unwind and the dog is a great listener!
