Rob Graham

I head teams delivering commercial strategy engagements, covering both commercial due diligence and corporate growth strategy. I am passionate about leveraging data, combining quantitative analysis with qualitative insights, and have worked with fast-growing clients across multiple sectors, with a particular focus on consumer and technology sectors.

With over 20 years’ experience, I have operated both as a consultant and in-house, from FTSE 100 firms to entrepreneurial private businesses. Throughout my career I have worked with customer data, including over 10 years working with customer loyalty programmes and have regularly bridged the gap between marketing, finance and operations, from within agile delivery teams up to board level. Heading strategy for Collinson, I helped double the firm’s revenues and oversaw three acquisitions for a business that includes consumer subscriptions, insurance, SaaS and ecommerce.

Away from work, a busy family life has filled the space once spent playing sports and enjoying an interest in outdoor sculpture, though I try to fit in a run or swim before breakfast.
