I am a chartered accountant and insolvency practitioner, involved in a full range of corporate restructuring and review assignments. However since 2004 I have specialised in employer covenant reviews for trustees and companies for SSF purposes and in assessing the impact of corporate transactions involving share and asset sales, refinancing and group restructurings.

I have been involved in assignments involving clearance applications and liaising with both the Pensions Regulator and the Pension Protection Fund where I undertook secondments. I have recently been closely involved in the restructuring of the Kodak Pension Plan, which involved the acquisition by the Plan of two global businesses from Eastman Kodak.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, both across the globe and within the United Kingdom, whilst at home, I like cooking and am a keen gardener.  As an enthusiastic sporting spectator, I particularly enjoy watching football and rugby and, although my playing days are behind me, I still engage in exercise by playing golf, hill walking and the occasional visit to the gym.
