I am a corporate lawyer working in the Advisory Quality & Risk Management team supporting a number of our teams and their clients on a variety of challenging risk and legal issues.
Since qualifying as a lawyer in 2002, I have worked at several law firms in the City, gaining wide experience in private equity funds and transactions, private company acquisitions and disposals and AIM flotations. Before joining Grant Thornton I held risk management and governance roles. All of this experience allows me to advise our teams both commercially and pragmatically.
My time outside of work is predominantly spent watching Arsenal, playing netball, managing an U7 football team, volunteering as a school governor at a local primary school and, of course, looking after my three little boys. Who needs sleep?
