With over 15 years of industry and advisory experience, I specialise in lean enterprise and operations optimisation. For the past three years I have provided practical operational insight and advice to clients delivering integrations, carve-outs and operational due diligence in all aspects of an enterprise, from supply chain to support functions and to sales.
I also have 12 years’ industry experience with Rexam PLC and Ball Corporation aligning lean enterprise to business strategy by driving performance improvement and growth. My experience also involved developing and deploying lean enterprise strategy across the sectors within the business enabling annual cost savings of more than £35 million. Beyond application in manufacturing, I also implemented lean thinking to commercial operations where I led global front end commercial and back office process improvements.
What I love about my role is the variety and mixture of working with clients to understand their businesses, their needs and their aspirations. I work with colleagues, both within and outside business consulting, to deliver what our clients value and ensure they receive the support they need.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two sons and friends; I love a garden full with kids and enjoy all things outdoors. I am a school governor for a local primary school.
