As a director in our governance and board advisory practice, I bring 25+ years’ experience in working with boards and management teams supporting them to increase effectiveness. Over the years, I have supported leaders drive through change in their organisations. I also led leadership and cultural renewal programmes across the public, private and third sectors, with recent clients in financial services, FTSE and AIM listed entities and family-owned businesses.
I am passionate about delivering reviews and executive support, the outputs of which can be measured in terms of a return-on-investment. Our team has deep subject matter expertise in governance, regulatory compliance and behavioural science, which ensures reviews and development bring the value of a range of skills and experiences.
Our aim is to bring innovation and business context to our range of board effectiveness and executive services for our clients in our reviews, team diagnostics and coaching, skills assessments and masterclasses. We also deliver a suite of coaching services, all of which support boards and leadership teams improve their effectiveness.
In my spare time, I play golf once a week (very poorly!) and absolutely love it. I also have a real passion for how yoga keeps you flexible, when we all sit down too much. A new addition has joined the family - Billy is an eight-week old Cavachon puppy who is systematically tearing the house apart.
