I have been at Grant Thornton since 2012 and have more than 20 years of experience working with high-growth businesses, most of which have international aspects. When working with clients, I typically act as audit and relationship partner, making sure that we're bringing our wider Grant Thornton experience to help our clients grow.

My clients now are typically, but not exclusively, in the northern Home Counties. I'm really proud of having been co-creator of our St Albans growth space, which opened in 2015, and passionate about the successes of businesses in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire in particular, as I lead our Hertfordshire Limited and Bedfordshire Limited reports and events.

What matters to me most about businesses is their aspiration to grow. I work with brilliant businesses, from energetic, innovative start-ups to AIM-listed companies developing new niches and offerings as they lead in their chosen fields. I have also co-founded a 'Dragon's Den' style quarterly funding forum in the cleantech space.

Outside of work, I spend as much time as I can with my family, and travel around the country with my daughters as they love playing tennis. I really enjoy running; it gives me time to think and keeps me fit. I race every month, just not at the front.
