I'm an expert witness and investigator with more than 20 years' experience covering commercial disputes, civil and criminal fraud and regulatory investigations and inquiries. I have acted in arbitrations and mediations, as well as litigated disputes, and have given evidence at civil and criminal trials. I've also acted as an expert determiner for parties in expert determinations.
With experience in all aspect of forensic accountancy work, I have acted in domestic and international claims ranging from the hundreds of thousands of pounds to some in excess of $1 billion. Complex financial instruments and accounting issues have featured prominently in some of these cases.
