Eimear Considine Director, Head of Transformation and PMO Sheffield +44 (0)77 7433 2677

I have been with the firm for seven years, and lead our transformation and PMO service, working as part of our wider business consulting team. Alongside a team of experienced change and business transformation specialists, we provide advisory and hands on support to clients across a variety of sectors and industries, and across all stages of their transformation lifecycle.

I work with clients in helping identify and build the case for change, planning for and executing complex change and transformation programmes, in delivering results and achieving sustainable value.

Leveraging our proven frameworks, toolkits and wider functional area experts, and overlaying with pragmatic and tailored to the client solutions on areas such as:

  • cost reduction
  • transforming operating models
  • delivering change through programme management
  • designing and optimising Enterprise Programme Management Offices.

Prior to joining, I spent 15 years working across a variety of sectors and industries, in transformation leadership roles and with a track record of delivery on business strategy and large-scale transformation programmes. I provide a real worldview and practical approach from delivering measurable change successfully in large organisations.

I am lucky to live in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside and love getting out in the Peak District and exploring the amazing walks and scenery, accompanied by my husband and our black Labrador Dave. I am originally from the west of Ireland and a big rugby fan, albeit that is feeling more like a vocation than a passion in recent years, from an Irish perspective. I spend a good deal of time pronouncing my name for people and it really is only two syllables.
