I have 20 years’ experience providing advice on infrastructure projects, public services, franchises, and concessions across a range of sectors. I advise on all aspects of projects including the development of business cases and options appraisals through to the procurement stage of projects and transactions and reviewing operational projects. Since the late 2000s, I have focused on the public transport sector advising the Department for Transport, Transport for London, Transport Scotland, Transport for Wales, and regional transport organisations.

I believe that high quality public transport is critical to the growth of regional economies and enjoy assisting clients in delivering transformative projects which will have a real impact on how people travel and the places that they live and work. My key sector interests include heavy and light rail, bus and active travel. My clients have included public sector procurers, private sector contractors, project and infrastructure financiers.

I am married with two children and spend my spare time walking with my family and cocker spaniel, coaching my son’s junior football team or enjoying the Yorkshire Dales by bike.
