I am head of our national assurance services team whose key focus is providing technical support to all our audit teams and ensuring audit quality is front of mind in everything that we do. I am also an audit partner specialising in large corporates and public interest entities (PIEs).

As part of my role I am a member of the Grant Thornton International IFRS steering committee, actively involved in how IFRS is understood around the international network. I am also a member of the UK Endorsement Board's (UKEB) Accounting Firms and Institutes Advisory Group.

Outside of work I enjoy spending my time with my wife, three children (although as they get older their enthusiasm for this seems to wane) and my dog Herbie.
