I support clients throughout transactions, helping them to identify and assess risks and opportunities. My client base is varied including FTSE 100 corporates, dynamic mid-market businesses, private equity houses and their portfolio companies. Irrespective of the nature of the client, I aim to deliver practical, personable, and commercial solutions to help deliver their growth strategies.
I have worked on transactions since 2003, during which time I have developed a wealth of diligence experience across a range of sectors, working both buy-side and sell-side. Many of my transactions are cross border and I have been fortunate to have performed diligence on target businesses in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the US, often working closely with our teams in the local territory.
I love the variety of my job including the fast-paced and dynamic transactions environment. I always try to develop a collaborative working relationship and believe that the most successful transaction processes are those characterised by strong teams and a collective purpose.
Outside of work most of my time is spend with my three young girls. Whenever I can escape, I love playing sport, including football, running, cycling and triathlons.
