Charlotte Glanville Director, Head of International Business Centre London +44 (0) 207 728 2438

Drawing on my experience within both the Australian and UK member firms, I help to grow our business globally in my role as International Business Centre (IBC) Director.  I am passionate about connecting people globally, bringing together different cultures and motivating people to deliver the best results across our global network.

Prior to my current role, I worked with an advisory quality and risk management role supporting a number of our teams and their clients. I also spent 17 years working in a recovery and reorganisation practice working on trading administrations and cross-border insolvency. Additionally I was on a 12-month secondment to HSBC.

Outside of work I am a governor at a primary school where I enjoy the time to think about education and the impact I can have on the next generation. It affords me the space to give something back to the community and allows me to think of the bigger picture regarding education. I love skiing, reading, ballet and cooking, although with a young family I don't get much of a chance to indulge in any of these at the moment.

I am a contributor to Planning for growth: Don’t let uncertainty hold you back. A report which provides recommendations and shares inspiring stories for ambitious business leaders looking to accelerate their growth performance.
