I support management teams to grow the value of their business by helping them to execute their growth strategy. My experience has been drawn from over 18 years experience within professional services in the UK and US, working with entrepreneurs of fast-growing, privately-owned enterprises.
As the service I provide is built around each client’s need, every day is different. In essence, I provide clients with an external perspective on their business and strategic growth. I look to connect them with people, data and insights to help them make decisions that will impact the future value of their business.
My experience has been drawn across a broad spectrum of sectors but with a specific focus on supporting organic growth of companies within the professional services, technology, media and telecommunications, food and beverage, and specialist engineering sectors.
My three career highlights include:
1 supporting one of the UK’s largest producers of cider on its export strategy to India
2 developing a go-to-market methodology for a fast-growing growing SaaS platform that achieved significant organic growth
3 creating a key account management programme to enable to the organic growth of an international digital agency.
Having played professional rugby , I have a specific interest regarding how business leaders can take concepts of high-performance culture into the workspace.
I live in Warwickshire with my wife and two daughters and a former guide dog called Alfonso of Woofington (or Alfie for short).
