I focus on (buy-side and sell-side) commercial due diligence to financial sponsors and corporates. I also advise management teams or government on major strategic issues – from a pragmatic rather than a ‘blue-sky’ perspective.

I have 15 years’ experience of advising private equity, large listed corporates, start-ups and UK government on their strategy – often with a transaction or investment in mind. I work extensively with private equity backed companies looking at issues like assessing the drivers of historical under/out performance, market sizing, product or market segmentation, competitive advantage, new market entry, strategy development and evaluating strategic options.

When not thinking about helping clients with strategy issues, I love to spend time with my young family and play an active role in my local church.
