I advise clients on how to shape their property portfolio and corporate real estate teams to improve employee experience, whilst achieving value for money. I have advised on land and built assets across the private and public sectors, with clients in financial services, infrastructure, central government, housing authorities, retail and construction.

My passion is working closely with global or regional estates functions; finding ways in which they can improve service delivery to building occupiers, form productive relationships with suppliers and reduce operating costs.

I have helped clients to better understand their corporate estate, identifying assets from which capital value can be released sustainably whilst maintaining standards for occupiers. My work with clients has also included assessment of regional and off-shore office locations to achieve best value and access talent pools.

Previous projects I have worked on include:

  • developing a future state operating model for a regional police force, helping the estates function to target a £7 million annual run rate saving through process improvement, implementation of technology and leveraging of suppliers
  • producing a strategy and timeline for the relocation of 4000 staff to three new regional European locations for a financial services client.

When I’m not working with clients, I like to spend time cooking with my family and enjoying live music.
