I have been part of Grant Thornton's International Corporate Tax team since December 2014 and work on client projects across a broad spectrum of industry sectors from financial services and private equity to manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, logistics and property.

My 25 years of tax experiences includes the areas of BEPS, cross-border holding and financing structures, controlled foreign companies, double tax treaties, permanent establishments, cash extraction, withholding tax mitigation and shareholder issues.

I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the author of Tolley's Double Tax Relief (Edition 5 - Edition 8) and Tolley's UK Tax Treaties.
