Leading business and financial adviser Grant Thornton UK LLP has strengthened its valuations and modelling practice with the appointment of Phil Gunter-Rees as Partner.
Phil has more than 25 years’ financial modelling experience. He brings a unique perspective, having previously worked in industry, banking and within professional practice. Phil has extensive knowledge of the infrastructure, energy and consumer products sectors, and has worked with a varied client base including private equity and large corporate clients.
Phil will co-lead the modelling team within the wider valuations and modelling practice, and will be focused on broadening the firm’s suite of services that are centered around solving complex client issues through modelling. Phil will be focused on applying tried and trusted modelling methodologies to support the growing and varied needs of businesses across the country.
