We've always been an agile team. Being flexible about how we work has allowed us to better respond to our clients' needs, and also the needs of our employees.
Thankfully, this has put us in a great position to deal with the impact of COVID-19. As soon as the lockdown came into place, we immediately had 4,800 of our employees working from home using the latest software and hardware.
All our services are cloud-based, from our information and HR systems to reporting, time and billing software, so they can be accessed securely from anywhere. We've invested in our workplace tools to ensure our people can work remotely without compromising their experience or our data security.
To help support our people during this situation, we've been hosting our "Top Tuesday" open forum calls for our audit specialists to ask technical questions to their colleagues. Similarly, we've increased the frequency of our project update meetings to help our clients stay up to date with our way of working.
We're committed to being there for both our clients and our employees throughout this situation, and recognise that this could lead to long-term changes in the way we all operate. We're confident that by working together, we can come through this stronger and more resilient than we were before.
