Francis Construction started over 100 years ago - they build education, residential, commercial and community buildings throughout the Thames Valley. After taking over the family-owned business from his father, Will was looking for an advisor to help him and his board achieve their vision for growth. Eighteen months on, turnover has doubled from £11 million to over £22 million, surpassing their original revenue target of £20 million well ahead of schedule.
