Forensic and Investigation Services
Grant Thornton provides investigative accounting,
tracing, dispute resolution support and expert witness services for
civil, criminal and insurance matters. Our success is founded on
the quality of our services and our lack of conflicts. We recognise
that independence and objectivity are essential to this
specialism.
We have a dedicated team of 15 partners and directors and 90
highly qualified staff all of whom offer independent and
authoritative opinion. All members of the team are familiar with
claims and disputes, as well as the evidential and procedural
requirements of the forums in which they might be assessed or
concluded.
We offer solutions and advice in the following areas:

professional negligence covering breach of contract, loss of
profits and wasted expenditure, shareholder and partnership
disputes, acquisition and merger disputes, breach of warranty,
business and share valuations, employment disputes, intellectual
property disputes, competition matters, matrimonial ancillary
relief, personal injury, fatal accident and medical negligence. Our
team are active in matters being resolved through civil and
criminal litigation, mediation, arbitration and
