I joined the firm's financial services group in November 2015 after 20 years of holding senior roles in the banking, insurance and consultancy sectors.

I have strong strategic and operational knowledge of the UK and international insurance markets and enjoy translating this strategy into tangible deliverables for my clients. I also lead our operational effectiveness team, supporting clients to improve their businesses through organisational re-design and unlocking unidentified efficiencies.

I live in Edinburgh and in my spare time travel, run and endeavour to not be too disappointed with the post Ferguson era at Old Trafford.
