As head of the firm's pre-deal Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) Advisory service, I specialise in advising buyers or sellers to transactions on the equity value price adjustments and the financial aspects of sale agreements. This is a high value and subjective area. We provide technical analysis and negotiation support to ensure clarity on the final purchase or sale price of a business and that our client's position is protected.
Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant I have built up over 15 years of transactions experience on UK and cross-border deals involving private equity and corporate clients. My background prior to specialising in SPA Advisory was financial due diligence across a range of sectors. My particular areas of interest are Education, Healthcare and Technology, where I continue to provide due diligence services to clients.
When I am not working, I enjoy martial arts having competed internationally (in my younger days!), cycling and travelling.
