Our team advises entrepreneur shareholders, management teams, private equity houses and large privately owned corporates on all forms of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, MBO/MBIs and fundraisings from both debt and private equity sources.
I have over 20 years' experience in corporate finance M&A advisory during which time I have advised on approaching 100 completed deals of all transaction types, across a wide range of sectors and with an aggregate value in excess of £1 billion.
I joined the our corporate finance advisory team in 2014 having spent the previous three year in a finance director role with a former client where I led a private equity funded MBO.
