For over 18 years I have helped corporate, private equity and other clients maximise deal value by managing the operational risks and opportunities of their acquisitions, mergers and divestments. I have supported over 100 transactions ranging from owner manager divestments, to global PLC mergers. I help clients prepare to divest and acquire non-core assets that require separation, identify and deliver cost savings and operational improvements pre and post-deal, and realise value from mergers.
I work collaboratively with clients, helping to build relationships quickly and bring a commercial perspective to transactions, combined with operational insight. My prior experiences include helping clients improve working capital performance and optimise their cost structures, having worked for companies including Rolls-Royce, Xerox and KPN.
Outside of work my passions include cycling, hockey and skiing; and generally anything active outdoors. I’m also often out walking our flat coated retriever with family and friends, ideally with a pub stop along the way.
