Grant Thornton boosts Financial Services team with LECG Consulting acquisition

Grant Thornton UK LLP has boosted its financial services team with the acquisition of specialist firm LECG Business Consulting UK Ltd.*

LECG Business Consulting UK, is a management consulting and advisory business that focuses on business and operational strategy and the management of change in the financial services sector with expertise in corporate and investment banking operations, real estate investment management and insurance.

Welcoming the LECG Business Consulting UK team, Grant Thornton’s London Managing Partner Ian Smart said: “It is great news that LECG Business Consulting is joining us.
