I am a corporate and international tax specialist with particular focus on large corporates and those with an international dimension. Specifically my expertise covers advising multinational groups on a wide range of tax matters, technology, covering the consumer markets, leisure and manufacturing industries.
During my 19 years of experience of working in the tax field I have advised many companies on international tax matters and have a special interest in EU matters. These include advising a technology firm on a multimillion pound EU discrimination case at the Court of Justice of the European Union.
I regularly present at tax conferences and have published numerous technical articles on international tax issues. I am an active committee member of the British branch of the International Fiscal Association. My team won Best International Tax Team at the 2012 Lexis Nexis Awards and Best Team in a National Practice at the Taxation Awards 2014. In addition I am delighted to have been included in the Women in Tax Leaders guide 2015, a guide to the leading female tax advisers in the world and the Tax Controversy Leaders guide 2015
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and children. This usually involves being out and about, watching them take part in various sporting activities. I also enjoy yoga, which I have recently taken up.
